What's your return policy?

We will accept returns of any shirts for a period of 30 days. We realize sometimes that you may order the wrong size or something doesn’t fit right. We’ll take care of it and get you what you need. And if you would rather have a refund, our customer service group can assist you with that as well.

How will you ship my order? How long does it take to receive it?

All of our orders ship USPS Priority. Most shirts will ship in a flat rate padded mailer. If you order bulky items, they too will ship Priority Mail. The Priority Mail service typically covers everywhere in the Continental United States in 1-3 days. Our Shipping fee is a flat rate of $5.00.

How long does it take for Backorder Products to be filled?

We are constantly working to keep all products in stock and in all sizes. Sometimes we sell out and have to backorder shirts. We hope to only have to keep you waiting for a short period of time. Our designs are also ever changing, so if we take something down that you really like, let us know and we’ll see if we can’t take care of you.

Are Shredder Shirts made in the U.S.A?

We use a mix of vendors’ products in which some are made in the USA and some are not. However, all Shredder Shirts are Designed, Printed, Packaged and shipped right here in Kentucky.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Keep cool because as we grow, we should be able to offer our products to a broader area.

Where’s my return?

When you ship a return to us, try to use a service that you can track. If you don’t, we have no idea where it is and can’t replace or refund your money without it.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

If you are one of the lucky folks that live in the state of Kentucky, we are required by law to collect sales tax from you. I wish we didn’t have to collect any tax, but the law makes us do it. But don’t worry, it’s only 6%.
